Laura was a beautiful, genuine, kind-hearted soul. We cherished our time spent together in the summers with our group of families at OK Falls. Laura was a big piece of that group and will always be remembered fondly.

There are no words to comfort you all with this loss, but your scars are a testament to the love you had for her. Our scars will be deep, because the love was deep. Laura is someone that I share some of my greatest memories with, memories that I will cherish forever. She was the number one person I wanted with me for a party, but equally a person I knew that I could turn to for advice, support and love. Our trip to New York is a stand out moment in my life and I know it was for her also. If I could say anything to her now it would be this: "Laura, I love you. You gave me memories and a friendship that will last a lifetime. I will see you in the garden of memories and the palace of dreams....just make sure you save a seat at the bar for me!!
