Karen Jane Moreton (Odeh)

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Karen. After fighting a courageous battle with cancer, Karen passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 9^th April 2021.

Karen was born in Eugene, Oregon to Robert and Barbara Odeh. At the early age of two, the family moved to Victoria, BC where she grew up and met her future husband, Perry; they married and had two beautiful children, Sherilyn and Michael. In June 2000 they moved to Langley where she lived until the end.

Karen loved her faith, family, friends, and baking; she was happiest in the kitchen trying out new dishes. She also shared Perry's love of travel, especially cruising, and the adventure that came with it.

Karen brought so much joy to so many people, always loving and smiling and ready to listen. She will be missed.

Karen is survived by her husband Perry and children Sherilyn and Michael, as well as her sister Lynne (Darcy, Kelsey, Mitch), her brother James, and Perry's siblings whom she felt always treated her as family.
