Obituary of Walter Ronald Moore

MOORE, Walter Ronald (Ron) passed away at the age of 83 at Fort Langley Seniors Centre in Fort Langley, BC on Sunday, August 18, 2019 after a long difficult battle with Alzheimer’s. Ron was predeceased by his wife, Doreen, in 2016 after 59 years of marriage. He is survived by his three daughters, Naomi Fialkowski (Gary), Darlene Neilson (Dan), Jeanene Gruber (Aaron) and their families. Ron had 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is also survived by three siblings, Avril Westby, Jack Moyes and David Moore, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Don Moyes in 2013. Ron loved his family deeply and will be greatly missed by them all. A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 15577 - 82 Avenue on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 4:30 pm. There will be an open house with light refreshments provided at Don Christian Centre, 6220 - 184 Street, Surrey, immediately following. If possible, the family would appreciate a written special memory or pictures of Dad for a memory book.
