Obituary of David Allen Brigidear

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our dear Dave after his courageous fight with pulmonary fibrosis. Dave enjoyed life to the fullest. He served 33 years in the RCMP and enjoyed his many career experiences throughout BC. He was an avid sportsman all his life, playing football, hockey, fastball, curling, skiing and golfing. He was dedicated to service in his communities as a coach and volunteer. Since his retirement in 2007, he enjoyed his winters in Arizona, his summers at Harrison and much travelling all across Canada and Europe. He will be forever loved and sadly missed by his wife Darlene, daughter Karian, son Craig, granddaughter Ariya, as well as his loving extended family and many dear friends. Known for his humor and wit, he brought laughter to all of us every day. A Celebration of Life will be held Dec. 21 at 1:30 pm at Hazelmere Golf and Country Club in South Surrey. In lieu of flowers donations to the BC Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated.
