It is with heavy hearts that say Heather has lost her final Battle with Cancer. Survived by her loving family; Stan, Emily and Aleisha; parents Hugh and Kathie MacDonald, Jackee and Len Holbrook, Sisters, Brothers, Nieces, Nephews and Friends. We will miss her fiery personality and commitment to all things important to her. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at the Semiahmoo Fish and Game Club 1284 - 184th St. Surrey BC. On Sunday September 18, 2016. Doors open at 1 PM, service around 2 PM. In Lieu of Flowers please make a donation to the BC Cancer Foundation in Heather’s name. Everyone is welcome.
