Obituary of Clinton Elliot Ruck

Clint was born in Surrey, BC. and passed away in Chilliwack, BC at the age of 44 in a recreational motor cross accident. He is survived by his wife of 20 years Michelle; sons Logan, Colby and God son Jakob. His parents Peter and Joan, brother Dave (Sue) and former sister in law Jo Ruck. Clint graduated from Queen Elizabeth High School in Surrey BC, BCIT - Aviation Maintenance Engineer, and was a Journeyman floor layer. He was employed by Fast Track Flooring, Forbo, and Mapei. Clint was predeceased by his grandparents Charles and Stella Ruck, Fred and Dora Mountfield. Clint lived a life that was full throttle, loving, multi talented, humorous, adventurous, generous of his time as a coach for minor hockey and lacrosse. During his career he turned coworkers into friends and friends into family. He entered any room as a stranger but left as friends. Clint was the life of any room, he turned an ordinary moment into a celebration. His friends best describe him as a brother from another mother. He was always the student who became the master, who ended up being the teacher. He enjoyed the challenge that nature provided him for his sports and his hobbies. His adventures, sports and hobbies were numerous and too many to name. He most loved his wife, the two boys were his world and enjoyed sharing in the adventures together. He was a loving supportive husband, extraordinary father, best friend to his brother, beloved son and best friend to all. A special thanks to the staff at Chilliwack General Hospital, the first responders and paramedics. Without Clint life will never be the same.
