Cecil will always be a part of my fond memories of the man who lived his faith and showed understanding and kindness to me.
When I needed a person to listen, he was there with both ears open, when I needed advice, he was there with sound thoughtful consideration for the situation.
When our friends passed away he didn't loose hope but gave us all encouragement to continue to do our best.
May God continue to bless Cecil and comfort his family.

Dear Erna and family:
Cecil was a very special person and I enjoyed waving to him from the office window as he did his lapse in the pool at Nico Wynd every morning. He always stopped by to wish a good day, or story tell about the railway trips he had taken.
I'm sorry I cannot attend today's service but my thoughts will be with you.
Love to all,
Bonnie Morrison

Hi: Erna and Family: Our condolences to you and the family. We were very shocked hearing that Cece passed away. Byron and I enjoyed living in the same block at Nico Wynd as Cecil and Erna. Every year Cece would be trying to grow his Sunflowers taller and or bigger than last year. So since you both moved away Erna, we have really missed you in our neighbourhood. Byron enjoyed meeting Cece at the swimming pool, swimming and having a good chat... Well. Cecil, may you rest in peace. We were happy to have him cross our paths during our lifetime. Byron and Nancy Paul

Darby Family;
I wish you pass on my condolences to the Darby family re-Cecil's passing. He was a pleasure to work with...always ready to share a good story of his Railroading experiences, coupled with his good sense of humor. He was one of the good guys, for sure...and it was a pleasure to have known him.
Sincerely;
