Margaret Speller (née Adams)

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Margaret Speller.  She was pre deceased by her husband Harry in 1983.

Margaret was born in England and came to Canada in 1944 as a war bride.  She and Harry, settled in Montreal and later in St. Bruno where they raised their family.

They spent their later years in Ladner and Tsawwassen BC.

Margaret was known for her strength, her engaging smile, joy for life, travelling, and playing scrabble with friends.

Margaret is survived by her children Terry (John), Bill (Linda), Bob (Joseé); 5 grandchildren, David (Jennifer), Michael (Breanne), Stephanie (Michael), Jennifer and Diana and 11 great grand children Reid, Cole, Matthew, Victoria, Lucas, Ella, Nash, William, Amelia, Abigail and Hunter.

A private family service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, a donation to Alzheimer Society of BC would be appreciated. (info@alzheimerbc.org)
