My condolences to Elfreda’s family. I met her several years ago, as my parents, Isabel and Joe live in her building. Elfreda hugged me a few times, she gave the BEST hugs! She had a positive energy we were drawn to. I admired her strength and independence. I hope the pain of losing her is somewhat weakened as you realize the legacy you are part of.
